Your Weaknesses

Sometimes,
God will reveal to you
Your weaknesses and flaws
To remind you of something more

So that,
You will stop relying upon
All by yourself
And through your own strength

You will realize that
You need Him more and more
He will open your eyes
To see more of Him

You will be reminded
You need a healer
You need His unfailing love
You need Him to understand

Just because you are old enough
That doesn’t mean you know everything
What you know about
It is not the only thing that gives strength

You need to ask for God’s guidance
Wait for His hands to move
Trust in His power
And allow Him to reign
