Day 188 – John 4:34
My food, said Jesus, is to do the will of him who sent me and to finish his work.
John 4:34, NIV
We can’t live by just eating physical food. We need to feed our souls. And we can do it by meditating on the word of God and doing His will in our lives. Jesus doesn’t live by bread alone, but He seeks the will of the Father. May we learn to also follow His ways. We need God in our lives. Following Him is just for our own good. He knows what’s best for us. We may not understand His ways, but trust that God knows what He is doing. So let’s choose to seek His will and follow His instructions. Let’s glorify His name in everything that we do.
