Day 205 – John 13:35

A true disciple of Christ knows how to love people. You may think that they are so religious and they know everything about the scriptures, but Jesus said in His Word, we will know that we are His disciples if we will learn to love one another. His love will give us the strength to do His will. He wants people to learn how to love despite the pain. Jesus first did it on the cross to show us what loving others is all about. It takes sacrifice and pain. But we can always trust that everything is going to be worth it one day. Jesus experienced victory, and that’s also our destination. There is always victory in love.
