His Word

Day 236 – Romans 4: 19-21

Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead—since he was about a hundred years old—and that Sarah’s womb was also dead. Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised.

romans 4:19-21, NIV

Abraham never doubted the power of God in his life. He was too old when God revealed to Him that he will have his son. But still, he believed in the promise of God. He knows that his God is true and faithful. And He is powerful enough to perform miracles in his life. This is a reminder for us to keep our faith just like Abraham did. We need to stop doubting the power of God. Let’s keep His promises inside our hearts and always remember that He is faithful enough to perform what He said. Let’s strengthen our faith in Him and never stop believing.

I pray that we will all choose to have faith in God no matter how many challenges we experience in life.
