What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul?

Don’t compromise your soul just for the sake of gaining honor and wealth in this world. What matters most is not the temporary things you acquire but the wonderful treasures you keep for your soul. Bear in mind that everything you see will not last. There may be certain things that will entertain you or make you feel happy for just a moment, but they can never quench the thirst in your heart. Only God can touch the deepest part of your soul, and He alone knows what you need. So come to Him and receive His love. Only then will you discover the great things He prepared for you behind the scene. In His presence, you will find life and deep fulfillment.
