Day 262 – Colossians 3:5
Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry.
Colossians 3:5, NIV
There are certain pleasures that we have that can negatively affect our souls. Try to check your heart if sexual immoralities, impurity, lust, evil desires, and greed are inside. Ask God to purify your soul and allow Him to transform you from the inside out. Be humble and surrender the sins you’ve been carrying all this time. God will never condemn you. In fact, He will help you overcome those selfish desires you have. Just don’t fight the battle alone. Receive the love of God and let Him guide you through the right path. Listen to His instructions and depend on His grace. He alone knows how to make you whole again.
