Day 366 – Luke 2:7
“and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no guest room available for them.
Luke 2:7, NIV
Jesus was born in a manger. He is the Son of God, yet He enters this world with humility. Sometimes, it’s so easy for us to complain about the difficult situations of this world, not knowing that our Savior Himself was born in a place where animals live. Let’s not forget to be grateful for the blessings that we receive from God. We are surrounded by His abundant resources. So let’s make use of everything that we have. Remember that your life is not just about you, but it’s about honoring the One who chose to save you. Jesus came not to please the people of this world but to glorify God. May we also do the same thing.
May we learn to be humble and stop relying on our own strength.
