Day 403 – Luke 6:21a

This verse talks about spiritual hunger. Sometimes, we have this deep longing in our hearts that only God can understand. So instead of looking for things that will temporarily satisfy us, let’s seek the presence of God and allow Him to fill the emptiness within. If you know in yourself that you hunger for more love and affection, then come to your Savior. Open your heart so that He can come in and reign. He alone can complete you. The love that you will receive from others may temporarily feed your soul, but it will never last. God alone can fully satisfy the hunger you feel inside.

I pray that you will allow God’s love to satisfy your spiritual hunger.
