His Word

Day 412 – Luke 6:41

“Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?”

Luke 6:41, NIV

Sometimes, we tend to focus on other people’s mistakes and forget about our own flaws. We need to remember that we are not perfect. Let’s first deal with ourselves and stop looking at other people’s actions. We are not here to judge and condemn others. Let’s fix our eyes on Jesus and ask Him to purify our hearts. Let’s look at the things that we can change and try our best to fix them little by little. We may not always see positive things around us, but what’s important is we keep doing our best to change the impurities we have within.

May you focus on the things that you can change and not on someone’s mistake.
