Go, Take Some Rest and You’ll Come Back Even Stronger

You are allowed to take a pause and find some rest. Remember that God even rested on the 7th day, so give yourself some time to regain strength. Go to a place where you will feel so refreshed. Be with people who can give you comfort and free yourself from all worries and doubts. Take a break and allow your mind to think of other things. Maybe you feel so pressured and stressed because you forget that you are human. You have your own limitations, and you can’t do everything on your own. If you feel so tired and weak, then come to God, and He will be there for you. Remember that your body will never lie. It reflects the things that are going on in your mind.

You will come back stronger after you give yourself some time to rest. Recharge your body, give your mind some time to relax. Take a day off and do anything that you love to do. Read some books, watch movies, and listen to good music. Drink a hot coffee, go to a new place and be with your friends. Just take a break, and gather new strength to face the uncertainties of life. Do not deprive yourself of the peace that you deserve. God wants you to cherish this life and not destroy your body and soul. It’s going to be worth it in the end. Try to love yourself the way God loves you, and you will find relief.

You are not a machine. Learn to slow down and stop pressuring yourself. Maybe your mind is too focused on your goals that you already forget to take good care of yourself. Remember that if you lose the riches, you acquired in this world, you always have the chance you get them back. But if you lose your health, then it will be very difficult for you to regain your strength. So while you still can, go and allow yourself to experience peace. Open your heart and allow God to love you. He will take away all your fears.

Find rest in the His arms, and you will always have the courage to walk again. He alone can sustain you. The temporary wealth you acquired in this world can never give you the protection that you need. God’s blessings are not dependent on what you do for Him. He took good care of the grasses in the field even if their lives were too short. He blessed the birds in the sky, even if they did nothing. He allowed you to experience His blessings because He loves you so much, and that will never change. So pause for a while, and God will take good care of the rest.
