It takes Courage to Stay Kind in this Broken World
We can never expect other people to be perfect. Somehow, there will be days when you will feel so broken and in pain because of their actions or the hurtful words that they said. You will receive unfair treatment and sometimes, you find it too hard to keep going. It takes courage and strength to stay kind in this broken world. But that doesn’t mean you should give up easily. No matter how cruel this world may be, just keep on doing the right thing. Do it not for the sake of pleasing other people, but it’s because you wanted to honor God and glorify His name. Focus on Him, and He will teach you how to deal with other people’s imperfections.
Accept that life will let you experience pain. It’s part of the journey, and you can never avoid it. We live in a broken world. That means people will challenge your character and faith. But the good thing about this is you always have Jesus in your heart. When you encounter pain, His love will always be there to comfort and protect you. Hold on to your faith and keep believing that good things will still happen. In such a way, you will be able to overcome the difficulties that life throws at you. Stay with Him, and you will learn how to treat other people with compassion.
Just stay kind and choose to honor God through your actions. When you keep focusing on the bad things you experienced, you will find it hard to move forward. Your mind will be overwhelmed with problems, and you can’t help but feel so weak. So put Him at the center of your heart. Let your life revolve around Him, and you will find yourself doing the things that please His name. When you align your thoughts to His will, you will no longer find it hard to love and serve others even if you receive unfair treatment from them. He will give you the courage to do what’s right even if the people around you never appreciate your actions.
Let God be your only source of strength. Rely on Him and not on your own understanding. He will change the way you see other people. He will open your heart so that you will realize that just like you, they also need mercy and grace. Choose to forgive and share with them the love that Jesus freely gave to you. Your simple acts of kindness are like seeds that will bear fruit in the right season. One day, you will see them grow and prosper in the presence of God.
