His Word

John 9: 1-3, NIV

As he went along, he saw a man blind from birth. His disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?” “Neither this man nor his parents sinned,” said Jesus, “but this happened so that the works of God might be displayed in him.

John 9:1-3, NIV

Sometimes, we have this mindset that the bad things that happen to us are merely consequences of our sins. When the disciples were walking with Jesus, they saw a blind man and thought that what happened to Him was all because of the sins that His parents committed. But Jesus told them that it happened so that God would be glorified in His life. Try to look at the negative things that you experienced. Know that God wants to display His power in your life. You may go through unexpected things, but He will perform miracles in ways you can never imagine.

May you believe with all your heart that God will perform miracles in your life despite all the negative things that you experienced.
