Risks and mistakes are part of the process of growing
We are imperfect beings loved by a perfect God. We were brought into this world unaware of the dangers it may bring us. We were an empty palette full of innocence. Yet, as time passed, we were exposed to a world where joy and sadness live together. We made mistakes, but we were corrected not to do them anymore. However, as we mature, we may fear taking risks and, but we cannot avoid the idea that growth comes with it. It is a crucial element of learning more things in this life. It is what makes us stronger and more courageous. Remember, our life is meant to be filled, not just to find its missing puzzles.
Risks are courageous acts. It is not just a careless decision but a well-planned choice. We sometimes call it calculated risks. These things make us step into something that we may not be fully prepared for, but it is filled with hope and faith that God will make things happen in His time. Not every choice we make will always lead us to something we expect, but there’s always a good thing that it will bring us. It is either a success or a lesson of growth and learning. So, brace yourself when you are facing it. Focus on how God will show you His favor and not just negative feedback from people. We all take risks, and we all make mistakes, but the good thing is that we learn.
When you make mistakes, remember to learn from them. It is okay to feel sad and devastated about it, but don’t let it define your worth. Your value is not based on what you are not but on how your creator made and designed you. Just learn to be patient with yourself when things go beyond your control. Remember, in a place where you choose to grow, God will never leave you. Just cry if you want to release the pain. Channel it through prayers, and let Him turn those tears into a testimony of His greatness and goodness in your life. You may feel like you are delaying things but remember that you are not actually in a race. Your timeline is built in a unique way, and you are called for something different.
You are meant to maximize what you have within you. Build passion and always remember your purpose in doing things. Always desire your growth and find your fulfillment in Him. There will be challenging and difficult times but always remember that wherever life takes you, God’s goodness and love will always surround you. When you find it difficult to continue, pause, rest, and resume. This life will be a never-ending journey of problems, but know and remember that God is our constant, and nothing is greater than the Maker Himself.
