Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” Luke 23:34, NIV Jesus said these words when He was crucified on the cross. He humbly asked forgiveness for those people who caused Him pain. He acknowledged that those people do not know what they are doing. This kind of heart is really amazing. I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. Galatians 2:20, NIv Jesus Christ lives in you. You are no longer on your own. Jesus died so that you will be saved. His love for you is greater than the pain that He felt on the cross. For we know that our old self was crucified with Him so that the body ruled by sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin Romans 6:6, NIV Remember that you are a new creation. If you receive Jesus inside your heart and make Him the savior of your life, then your old self was crucified with Him. You are no longer ruled by sins. So stop living in the darkness and put Jesus at the center of your heart. Surrender all the negative things in your life, and let Jesus change your perspective.
