Those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction. 1 Timothy 6:9, NIV Let your heart be contented and fulfilled in the arms of God. Do not be overawed when others grow rich, when the splendor of their houses increases; for they will take nothing with them when they die, their splendor will not descend with them. Psalm 49:16-17,NIV Use what you have to glorify God, including the temporary riches that you acquire here on earth. Remember that you can’t carry them with you when you die. So while you are still alive, learn to share His blessings and be a vessel of His love.
