When we think of pain, we try to recall those people who broke our hearts. Like how we replay our favorite movies, we unconsciously do the same thing in our minds. We keep on recalling that horrible past we experienced, and that’s when we feel the hurt again. Please remind yourself that not all pain is caused by other people. There are moments when we keep on putting ourselves back to the place where we feel so hopeless. We blame ourselves for what happened, and we unknowingly hate the way we react to those things.
