When God Teaches You How To Trust Him
Are you asking God to teach you how to trust Him? If your answer is a big YES, then prepare yourself for an exciting, heartbreaking, enlightening, and memorable journey with Him. He will take you to seasons that will mold your heart. He will lead you to try things you never did before.
God will teach you how to trust Him, but it happens in unexpected ways. That’s why brace yourself because your faith will be tested. The situations that you will experience will determine whether you have a strong or weak foundation. God will allow things to happen so that you will realize what it truly means to trust Him.
Unexpected Circumstances
There are times when He will let you face unexpected circumstances. You will find yourself in a situation where it’s hard to understand His hands. Questions will flood in your mind. When that happens, remember that God is teaching you to trust in Him.
If you stay in your comfort zone, your trust in God will never be strengthened. The difficulties that you encounter will strengthen your faith. There are lessons behind everything that God allowed to happen in your life. That’s why be patient and keep growing.
The other situation that will increase your trust in God is when you lack resources. It’s when you will learn to depend on His power and let go of your strength. When you are left with no choice but to surrender, that’s when you will trust Him. You will no longer rely on your own resources; instead, you will find yourself leaning on His shoulders.
Behind Every Crisis
When you feel like you have nothing else to offer God except your life, you will gain more strength. It’s when God’s grace becomes more evident because when you feel so weak, God’s power will intervene. He will give you the reasons why you need to trust Him.
Remember that behind the crisis God allowed you to face are wonderful opportunities that will lead you closer to His heart. If you will only take those difficult moments as stepping stones to know Him on a deeper level, then you will surely overcome every problem that comes your way.
Trusting God means surrendering to His will. It’s not easy to do it, especially when you have your own plans and timeline, but the good news is, God’s grace is sufficient. He will show up when you need Him. He will teach you how to trust Him through the circumstances that you are in.

i liked your article above. Remember when we were little kids at the Zoo or and amusement part and WE held our Daddy’s hand? It was actually Daddy holding our hand. I have come to realize that faith isn’t how tightly we hold onto God—but it is TRUSTING how tightly HE is holding onto you.
God bless you!
