You Will Miss A Lot Of Things If You Will Not Live In The Present Moment

Have you ever tried talking with your friends, but then you noticed that they are not listening because their minds are wandering, or maybe they are full of worries and fears? Have you ever tried to attend a celebration, but then you fail to appreciate the moment simply because your mind is occupied with many concerns? You never live in the present, that’s why you miss a lot of things in life. Your surroundings have already changed, people grow and mature, but you never noticed it because what you see are just your problems. If you wanted to live this life to the fullest, learn to treasure your present because it will never come back.

Learn to live with what you have. If God allowed you to experience beautiful moments with your family and friends, then treasure it with all your heart. Have fun, and learn to laugh with them. Maybe you are worried about your work or perhaps your personal problems. But you need to let go of those things and learn to set your priorities. Your relationship with your loved ones is very important. You may not appreciate it right now, but you will realize that you need people who will walk with you along the journey when you experience storms in life. And it’s going to be the people who love you so much. So never take them for granted. Yes, you are busy. But remember the reason why you are trying your best in the first place.

I know that it’s not going to be an easy thing to do especially when you have a lot of responsibilities. But you need to keep on trying until you will figure out the steps on how to deal with it without destroying your present. You can always ask God’s help. Call upon His name, and He will always be there to help you.

God purposely created the night to remind us that we need to rest. He made the day to give us hope and a new beginning. So do not carry all your burdens with you. Learn to surrender it to God, and He will rescue you. Ask God to teach you how to handle the blessings that He already provided you right now. Remember that those blessings also include all your present relationships, may it be with your family, spouse, relatives, and friends. I hope that you will not miss out on the important moments with your loved ones and, above all, with God.
