Day 305 – 1 Thessalonians 5:9-10
For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. He died for us so that, whether we are awake or asleep, we may live together with him.
1 thessalonians 5:9-10, Niv
God wants to be with us. That’s why Jesus sacrificed His life for us to be saved from the fires of hell. He doesn’t want us to suffer wrath. That’s why He did everything just for us to come back in His arms. So let’s live for God, and we will receive the blessings that this world can never offer. Let’s continue to honor and glorify His name in our lives because one day, He will take us to eternity with Him. We will no longer experience pain, and all the efforts and hardships are going to be worth it. So let’s focus on God and seek His kingdom.
May you always choose to spend the rest of your life glorifying the name of God.
