Day 312 – 1 Timothy 6:10
For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.
1 Timothy 6:10, NIV
Do not let the wealth of this world hinder you from growing in the Lord. The love of money will lead you to a destructive life. So keep yourself away from temptation and choose to honor God in everything that you do. Do not just live this life for the sake of earning temporary treasures. Look unto God, and He will direct you to the path that He prepared for you to take. Remember that the riches you will acquire here on earth will only last for a lifetime, but your faith in God will last even until eternity. Nourish your relationship with Him and choose to honor Him in everything that you do.
I pray that you will not treat money as the God of your life. Instead, you will use it to bless God and His people.
